Bikini Genie is a UK swimwear brand founded in June 2016 with a mission to make high-quality swimwear and accessories affordable and accessible to everyone. Since then the brand had grown exponentially, introducing new product ranges, establishing successful partnerships with retailers and influencers alike.


Work with the client: 

The mission was to establish Bikini Genie as the ultimate one-stop shop for the holidays, from swimwear and beachwear to accessories through carefully thought out brand positioning, educating consumers and raising awareness.

The focus was on establishing a cohesive brand presence across all platforms by building distinctive brand identity with a new and expanded target audience in mind, including:

  • A thorough brand health check to understand where the brand stands at the moment
  • Redefining brand identity through presenting a clear brand image that resonates with the company’s core values
  • Introducing a brand new visual identity, including logo, color scheme, and typography
  • Support with content creation and implementation of the new brand identity across all platforms, including the website, social media, and promotional materials



In 2016, founder Karmen Novak found and fed a deep passion for natural skincare by diving into the field at an organic science school, Formula Botanica,  in England. After months combining select ingredients to make natural creams, emulsions, and serums, Karmen formulated the product, brand, and marketing concept for a modern apothecary, Flower and Spice.

  • Conducting a thorough brand health check to identify the brand’s core strengths and how it’s currently positioned in the market
  • Formulating a go-to market strategy which included asset creation and retailer presentation
  • Opening new doors and securing the placements in Harvey Nichols Qatar, Douglas Romania, Douglas Italy and Sephora Portugal. 
  • Improving brand positioning through introducing their products to retailers across EMEA



Gallinée started with microbiome. The probiotic skincare brand was founded by a French pharmacist named Marie Drago. Infused with a patented complex of prebiotics, probiotics and lactic acid, this innovative skincare line helps to support your microbiome in the most gentle and effective way.




Work with the client: 

  • Introducing Gallinee and the concept of probiotic skincare to new markets across EMEA
  • Pitching Gallinee to enter the MEA market through selective partnerships, retail and media relations
  • Preparing and coordinating the pre-launch influencer outreach across MEA
  • Securing brand listing through Boutiqaat – the largest MEA influencer marketing platform
  • Bringing probiotic skincare closer to the end consumers by creating blog content educating consumers on the benefits of probiotics




LARQ began with a simple vision where innovative technology can be combined with inspirational design to help people access pristine drinking water easily and sustainably.



Work with the client: 

  • Supporting the brand with business development through consulting on all aspects of sales, brand development, marketing and PR
  • Introducing the brand to the MEA market through carefully curated retail contacts
  • Securing the brand listing with Whites pharmacies, the largest drugstore chain in Saudi Arabia with over 600 doors
  • Supporting LARQ with the process of registering the brand in Saudi Arabia by advising on the requirements and facilitating the communication to make sure the process runs smoothly
